Rent bonus for young people: another incentive to take off!

Among the various bonuses that have been introduced or are about to be activated, ranging from rental support to mortgage benefits, young people have certainly not been forgotten in the new Budget Law.
Today we’re talking about the RENTAL BONUS FOR UNDER 31s, a form of support and encouragement for those who earn an income and would like to leave their family home and start living independently. In short, it consists of a 20% deduction in the income tax return for young people between the ages of 20 and 31.
Of course, there are certain conditions. This is what the 2022 Budget Law says about the rental bonus for young people:
To young people between 20 and 31 years of age (not yet turned 31), with a total income not exceeding €15,493.71, who enter into a lease agreement under Law no. 431 of 9 December 1998, for the entire housing unit or part of it to be used as their main residence, provided it is different from the main residence of their parents or guardians, there shall be, for the first four years, a deduction from gross tax equal to 20% of the rent paid, up to a maximum of €2,400.
From this perspective, Trieste is certainly an excellent market because, compared to other cities, prices are still very competitive, both for renting and buying.
