Since the beginning we sensed the opportunities that the housing field offered. At first we built and sold our own houses, then we entered a global management of the market by selling them and by taking back and exchanging second-hand properties.
We also expanded our offers to other builders’ intervention.
Knowing all the pros and cons of this profession, starting from the first steps in the building yard, we were able to plan and improve our job with responsibility and qualification.
The agency Progettocasa was founded in 1984 but we soon widened our business.
The most important characteristic of the Real Estate Group Progettocasa is our resourcefulness.
In a few years we expanded throughout the whole region gaining the trust of our clients thanks to our professionalism.
We chose the Franchising formula, we created the Gallery brandname and started several new agencies.
All this because we wanted to be present in all the strategical areas of the region in order to operate in a larger perspective: the town of Trieste and its provincial territory, the area around the town of Gorizia, the southern and northern part of the region Friuli Venezia-Giulia, the town of Udine and the surroinding areas.
All our agencies work with standard methods, in order to optimize times, and they cooperate together to amplify the opportunities of our clients.
Each of our agencies is supported by the Direction and Services department, which helps them in solving all their troubles or doubts.
Gallery agencies activity consists in collecting requests, proposing building offers, managing investments and exchanges among private properties and also among big companies.
We still offer our interventions to our clients because we never gave up being builders as well.
Infact, a branch of our company is dedicated only to the building activity.
We proudly answer the question “who are you?” in this way: we are a group of people who was able to make its way in this field thanks to its reliability and professionalism.

In 1981 he started working for the real estate agency Grimaldi and was put on the register of Business Agents for Brokerage in the Province of Trieste.
In 1984 he left Grimaldi agency and founded the real estate Group Progettocasa, starting to cooperate with several construction companies.
In 1990 he attended the Master degree in Territorial Planning and Real Estate Market (COREP) at the Polytechnic Institute in Turin.
In 1995 he became legal representative of Gallery Auction Office, of which he has been planning and following the training and enlargment of the franchising network since 1997.
Since 2001 he has been the President of the provincial FIAIP (Italian Federation for Professional real estate Agents) in Trieste. In November 2005 his mandate was confirmed for other 4 years.
He has been the National and Regional Counsellor for FIAIP since February 2001.
He has become University Professor in franchising and marketing at the School of Management (MIB) of Trieste since 2001.
He has been Member of the Board of Examiners for aspiring real estate agents for CCIAA of Trieste since 2003 and Professor for training courses for real estate agents since 2002.
He has been a Member of the Commission for Brokerage agents for CCIAA of Trieste since 2005.

University degree in Modern Literature at University of Trieste.
In 1984, together with other partners, she founded the real estate group Progettocasa which became the “launching pad” for Gallery brandname.
In 1987 she obtained the title as real estate agent at CCIAA in Trieste. She has always worked as an operative and administrative agent but, since 1997, her role has become essential also for the management activities of the group.
In 1995 she followed the start of the first Gallery agency, focusing on the legal and organizational aspects of the first property auctions, which were really successfull for the economic turnover of the town.
In 2000, after a Training Course at Science park Area in Trieste, her interest in the professional skills of people working in this sector started growing. Infact, she soon organized a CD-rom training course for estate agents, sponsored by the Region of Friuli Venezia-Giulia and by the European Social Fund (ESF).
At present, she is still interested and involved in the research and development of the estate sales sector.

In 1984, together with other partners, he founded the real estate group Progettocasa which became the “launching pad” for Gallery brandname.
He worked as a technical and building advisor for property sales until 1987. He then became an estate agent, after passing all the related exams.
After a long training period he became advisor for the building investments of several big companies.
Since 1996 he has been the reference person and sole administartor for Gallery Trieste, one of the first and most innovative estate Auctions.
Specifically, he works as Human Resources manager and controls directly all building yards.
He is the technical advisor for Gallery Group.
He has become a member of FIAIP since 2003.

After her studies in the engineering field, in 1995 she started working in one of Progettocasa/Gallery agencies specialized in the planning, building and management of building yards.
In a few years the Group carried out several housing projects: 6 villas in Muggia (near Trieste), 9 villas in San Dorligo della Valle (near Trieste), 14 commercial offices in the industrial area of Trieste, 12 villas in Duino-Aurisina (Trieste), 8 villas in Opicina (Trieste.)
Her professional position inside Progettocasa/Gallery estate Group concerns the opening of Gallery sales points in Friuli Venezia-Giulia. She follows the relations between the staff and the central administration and the professional training of the personnel.
Since 2000, she has been taking care of the commercial image of the Group, specifically for what concerns the editing of Gallery Magazine, a real estate specialized review which proposes the housing offers of all franchisees.
She has been the manager of the Gallery branch office in Udine since March 2002.
At present, as sole administrator for the company Exedra s.r.l., she follows personally all the phases of the building of 40 apartments in Trieste. She works also as Human Resources manager of the Group.
